Our History
How did this business start?
Love, Courage and Cookies
I used to bake chocolate chip cookies when I was pregnant with my first baby. Shortly before she turned 2, we made the same recipe and baked cookies; they weren’t very round, but they were delicious.
This is where the idea of starting my cookie business was born, with the goal of doing what makes me happy and, most importantly, teaching my children that they can do whatever they want in life, as long as it makes them happy.
They are my inspiration and my reminder to be brave and do what I love: baking cookies. Faith, dedication, and love for what you do make the difference.
At the beginning of 2024, I underwent surgery to remove some precancerous cells from my uterus. This gave me the push I needed to start offering my cookies to my acquaintances and make some profits to offset the expenses and focus my mind on the project.
Nowadays, I have participated in some farmers markets to get myself known. I baked every weekend for acquaintances, new customers, and to stock my established point of sale, called “Leo & Luca” (play space for children aged 1 to 5 years)The goal of The Cookie Jar Kit is to offer cookies made with high-quality, fresh ingredients to create a feeling of nostalgia and happiness.

Nailea Villa is a professional with over 15 years of experience in logistics, distribution, and customer service. She holds a degree in International Business and has worked in dynamic environments, optimizing processes and improving operational efficiency. Her passion for organization and service has led her to excel in project and team management, building a career based on commitment, innovation, and results.
In addition to her professional career, Nailea is an entrepreneur and founder of The Cookie Jar Kit, a business born from her love for baking and her desire to share special moments. Inspired by her children, she created a brand that reflects her dedication and passion for bringing happiness through cookies made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. She has participated in local markets and has a sales point at Leo & Luca, a play space for young children.
A wife, mother, and proud Mexican, Nailea believes in the power of hard work and determination. In early 2024, she faced a health challenge that motivated her to pursue her passion and turn it into reality. Her story is a testament to courage, faith, and the importance of doing what you love. Today, she combines her business expertise with her creativity, proving that it is possible to reinvent yourself and achieve success.
